Eurostar to DLP, How Much

I am looking for pricing on Eurostar from London to DLP for 6

What are the fares? Any Deals or Discounts?

I know very little about Eurostar, as it's not really convenient for us - so I can't be any help really. But I was wondering if you have you had a look at their website?

We always travel by Eurostar and find the best way is to book with them on-line.

I have always booked Eurostar direct as it has been cheaper than booking it with Disney. Eurostar prices start at about £59 each way to DLP for the most restricted tickets, but you will need to book well in advance as there is only 1 direct train per day each way and therefore only a limited number of the cheapest tickets. I am not aware of any current discounts - if you sign up for news on their website they tell you if newpapers are running collect-a-token offers (but these are generally to Brusells rather than DLP).

May not be an option for you, but if there are 6 of you, I would seriously consider driving. It would be loads cheaper as the tunnel for the car would only be about £200 return, whereas for 6 to go via Eurostar return would cost about £1000 ish. Fuel is fairly cheap on the continent (compared to the UK, I see you are USian so you are used to much cheaper fuel!) and the drive is pretty easy really as long as you use a decent mapper like www.viamichelin.com or www.mappy.com Takes about 3 hours or so from Calais. It may be that you only want the Eurostar, in which case that's great, just throwing another option into the mix

I just checked on the above site but prices only seem to go up to about April. I would give them a call - sooner rather than later

The UK school holidays don't start until July so the prices shouldn't be over inflated in June. I believe that Eurostar allow you to book online only 4 months ahead, so you will have to wait until February before you can book that way.

Not to change the subject but why do never read any posts about low fare carriers like Easyjet? I've seen fares as low as £.01 plus taxes and fees in the past. Isn't it cheaper and faster?

I think Eurostar make an exception for DLRP and let you book 6 months in advance. We booked the height of summer this year just 3 months in advance and got fares of £59 each return.

I think arriving At DLRP and walking straight to the parks while your bags are taken to your hotel is a huge advantage for the Eurostar option. If you fly you then have to make your way from the airport to the parks and even then you can't go to the parks as you have to check in or leave your luggage at the hotel for later.

I personally don't fly but even if I did I'd still go on Eurostar. Once you take into account all the other charges the £0.01 fare doesn't end up that far away from a £59 Eurostar fare. I also find Ashford a lot easier to travel from that airports I've travelled from in the past.

We have used Easyjet for our last two trips. The reason they charge so cheap prices is because the delays are horrendous, the last two flights i took from Luton to CDG only both going and coming back the first time were delayed and then coming back the second time we were delayed by two hours, it was awful.

It seriously makes me think about using them again. We are driving via the tunnel in December £54 return for the car, but it all depends on how much petrol we use too as to whether or not its more economical.

I booked Tuesday last week and went last Saturday, cost £47.50 for me and £27.00 for dd. Returning on Wednesday was £29.00 for me and £22.00 for dd. Both ways on the direct train from Waterloo to DLP, I was going to book on line but we went up to Waterloo in order to ensure seats together - which they still did not manage on the way back, but there were loads of empty seats so we moved and had four seats to the two of us.
