Has anyone managed to book seats for November thuis year yet over the phone?

No ringing Friday again.
I'm only booking the return direct if it's cheap enough.
Our October half term date going stated at £94.50 so we are going indirect it looks easy.
I also want feb half term 2015 and if the prices start stupid for that we will go indirect then two.
Travel agents take all the cheap fares in school holiday totally unfair I think.

The Travel Agents buy their seats in bulk from Eurostar, and your booking comes out of their negotiated allocation. So if Thomas Cook charge you £60 for your ticket, they probably paid £25 for it from Eurostar.

That's why in peak periods and school holidays all the £34.50 ticket's are gone very quickly.

November right?? Phone up and check now, they are releasing them very early at the moment, you might get a real bargain or at least be told when the next batch is being released

Still nothing for November on Friday.

I will be ringing Monday again, but now thinking we will go indiect all the time to save this booking stress.

I may be wrong, but don't the indirect tickets come out only 12 weeks before?

Yes it's 90 days before but at least then I will know when I can book.
You never know when the direct service will go on sale, I find ringing all the time and being fobbed off a bit stressful.
They also seem to give all the school term time holidays to travel agents first so we don't get cheap seats anyway.
So looking like indirect for us from now on.
