Hi there, sorry to hear that

My friend works for Eurostar (hence my 1st class direct return tickets for £80pp!:rotfl: ) and says that whn they come up as fully booked there are often seats left but they are reserved for travel agents etc. Try around at a few diff ones and you may strike it lucky!

Best of luck :goodvibes

With all these issues, I wonder if we will see Eurostar increasing the number of trains to and from DLP, especially once the Kings Cross terminal opens.

Hi I am having exactly the same problem! I am trying to book for December but the Eurostar website says that the trains don't exist! I'm thinking that it may be because they would have changed to the st pancras station by then so havent actually finalised the ticket prices/train times etc just yet. So I'm just going to wait a few weeks and see if it comes on later!

jeebles, thats what i think to, but on the dlp website, where you can add transportation to your booking, its showing the trains there, the times are slightly different, you arrive a bit earlier. but i do think thats why there not showing the trains in the eurosta website, i ight ring them up, of not ill just book through disney

You can only book 6 months in advance on the Eurostar website so you won't be able to book any time after a return date of December 10th today.

While booking through the Eurostar website is cheaper, sometimes it's easier to go through a travel agent because they get priority allocations, and someone like Thomas Cook has been able to get us tickets without fail every time we've requested them, then so has the Eurostar website so I guess we've been lucky!

when booking through the dlp website, ive worked out that the tickeys will cost us £117 each, and the past few times ive booked through eurostar they have come to £85. thats quite alot more xxx

They get more expensive the more demand there is for a certain day - for our holiday in October it's £115 each for the Sunday, so we are leaving a day later on the Monday and it's £65 each.

hmmm
do you think theres alot of demand for that monday 26th of nov lol i hope not cos i want it to be as least busy as possible which is why we chose to avoid the weekend!
xx

Yes I was looking at dates before the 10th of December, but no trains are available anyway. I've never considered booking eurostar not through eurostar before because its always been a bit more expensive doing it through a travel agent. However, there are rumours that prices for the Eurostar will increase when leaving from St Pancras.. so maybe doing it through disney/travel agent wont be so bad anymore? because also you would get the extras like the luggage service and being able to check in on board. Personally, I am going to wait until Eurostar publish their prices before I book anything.

ive just rang eurostar for dates 11.11 and 1611 and i was told you can only book exactly 4 months in advance and to ring back 16.6. :coffee:

Weekdays are definately in less demand and cheaper in my experience!! Also 26th November is in the school term so I dont think you will have problems booking that date.

yeah we wanted to go during school times cos i HATE crowds, went in the easter holidays and it was a nightmare!! last october we went during school time and it was lovely so uncrowded!
im getting really excited and its not even booked yet! we can also get 3 nights for the price of 2 that week so a whole extra day there excites me even more!! xxxx
