yeah but i wouldnt expect it to jump from 184-400 just because its school holiday. if i had known it was that much i would of booked eurostar through company i booked hotel with
looks like i will have to cancel my holiday to dlp. i refuse to pay £400 for train tickets
Have you phoned them to find out how much it is if you book by phone?
Gemma is Eurostar your only option for getting to DLP? We've always flown up til now, and haven't paid loads more over the base price for the Eurostar.
no i chose eurostar as i cant drive and wouldnt no where to start with finding flights to dlp. i live in devon and was going to get the train up to london to get eurostar. would you have to get transfers aswell from airport to dlp
yes you would, but there are several ways of doing that, it doesn't take long. Maybe you could start another thread asking other members who live in the same area how they would travel to DLP (I'm in the Midlands so not much help really).
the cheapest flights i found from easy jet but bristol only has one flight time option departing 6pm and arriving paris nearly 10pm. the only option i can think of is arriving sunday night at 10pm and finding accomodation cheaply for the night. my mum lives in midlands but cant seem to find flights to paris
Hopefully the Paris CDG route will be picked up by another airline, following BMIbaby's pulling out of East Mids airport by the end of the summer this year. I think Air France fly out of Birmingham airport to CDG, but they always seem quite expensive to me.
I fly from Luton with Easyjet, very good flight times there and back every weekday.
i dont suppose you know whats cheaper vea shuttle or the train from airport to dlp
Can you fly to London and on from there?

Could you drive to DLP? I an driving from the north west. Planning on lots of breaks and then staying in a cheap hotel the night before to get some rest.
It is not difficult to drive there.
i will fly from anywhere that works out cheaper then eurostar. flying from exeter is just stupid as its over 400, bristol only has one time which would get me to paris airport at about 8ish and in feb the parks will be closed by thenn and obviously i want to make use of 5 days park tickets. so looking for a decent arrival time to paris.
Ive looked up vea for around a school holiday time and it cames out as 106 euros
i will never understand how eurostar can be 403 but flying is half price
There are sometimes flights with good times from Bournemouth, we live in Dorset and are looking at flights for our trip next year.
