Eurostar check in at Ebsfleet?

Hi all
A couple of quick questions. Everytime we have gone to dlp from Ebsfleet we have been sent tickets (we booked through a travel agents) but this time we have been told it would be an E ticket sent to us to collect our main tickets at the train station.
Do you know where we get these from?
Do we get a ticket each or is it one for the whole party?
Is the ticket we collect at Ebsfleet what we would have normally got sent to the travel agents? (an individual one that has our name and seat number)

On the main course there's a Eurostar desk just next to the barriers you go through before you get to security. That's where I collected my tickets from last time. You should get one ticket each for each journey and they will have you seat numbers on them.
