EuroStar - bags taken to resort?

Hi there

Following our impulsive booking this morning to go to DLP on Saturday, I have a question about Eurostar.

On previous trips we have had our bags taken to the hotel for us so that we can get staright to the park without wasting anytime. This time when we booked we were told that you now have to take your bags to the hotel yourself. We were told that we could still have the other service but we would have to pay extra and she thought it was around £20 a person (i.e. £80). Does anyone else know any details of this and can we make arrangements to do it when we arrive at Waterloo?

I was led to understand by both Eurostar and Disney that you can't make arrangements yourself and that the Disney Express Luggage service is only offered with certain packages although some do say it is possible to purchase it from your hotel for your return journey. It might be worth you contacting Eurostar to see if things have now changed.

I know frmm contacting Eurostar for our trip in December that they do not offer the Express Luggage service. It is a service offered by Disneyland Paris themselves, which is why we booked the hotels and Eurostar directly with Disney.

I don't know if you can add it as an extra if you contact Disney?
