Europe 2022?

Anyone know when Europe summer 2022 cruises may be released? I’m wanting to book a Mediterranean cruise for my 40th birthday and hopefully book as soon as they open. Also we’re on the Anthem of the Seas Norwegian Fjords in June 2021...should I book onboard this cruise? Are there any discounts or perks for doing this?
