EURO DISNEY S.C.A. - Third Quarter Announcement - Nine Months ended June 30, 2007:

- Third quarter revenues increased 12% to ? 322 million.

- Year-to-date revenues increased 11% to ? 834 million.

- Crush's Coaster and Cars Race Rally opened June 9, 2007 as part of the 15th anniversary celebration
