What ethnic cuisine would you love to cook that you cant now?

Bohemian, since there are no restaurants to be found in southern IL. Really miss Svickova:lovestruc liver dumpling soup:love: should I go on? I have recipes but not sure how well I would be able to make it all.

You just described my utmost favorite meal. Yum!! Don't forget the gravy for on the dumplings. :laughing: and as I said the liver dumpling soup. I just have to figure out how to make liver dumplings.
 
Ukrainian. If I could learn to make the pierogi, I'd be happy.
 
I'm working on Thai, but I'd love to cook Indian. It just costs far too much to get all those different spices, though.
