New to posting on these boards, but am on another forum. We stayed at Ethan's Little Disney 2 in October 2016 and are staying in Ethan's Little Disney when we go in February. Stayed at one home in Windsor Hills, and one other townhome, and Ethan's Little Disney 2 was the nicest we have been at. No complaints at all, the management company was awesome, and the owner was great to work with. Only thing I didn't love is that she charged a credit card fee to pay off the balance; but that is a small thing. Let me know if you have any other specific questions.

We may not be staying there. We've been to WH 3 times and have stayed with 2 different owners. We have no complaints about the owners or townhouses. It's just that we'll be there over christmas and the rates are more expensive so I thought I'd see if I could find a nice place for a slightly better rate.

The quote we got from this owner was great because it included a discount. I sent 2 follow up emails that the owner didn't respond to. Since I was using 2 email addresses, I did a 2nd inquiry to be sure she got it. I let her know that I have a quote that I responded to but hadn't heard back from her. (I also asked for a quote on a 5 bedroom) She responded with a quote for the 5 bedroom and then told me the quote she gave me for Ethan's Little Disney was wrong. The new quote still has a discount listed but it's about $400 more than the original quote.
