ESTA with a Visa

Hi, My husband has a USA visa, will he still need to do the ESTA application? Also I have 2 visits to the USA this year, do I do 2 ESTA'S?

You do not do ESTA if you have a visa and ESTA authorisation is valid for any number of trips over two years so you will only have to do one.

Although even though the person with the Visa doesn't need to fill in the ESTA they still need tofill in the API (advanced passenger information), usually found on the airline carriers website
