Esta pending, no receipt...??

went online yesterday to complete estas but at the end they came up pending ( i done it as one group booking)
now when i try to locate the booking it says no booking exists ( when searching usin passport number, surname etc)
i havenet received any emails to confirm the 'pending' estas or to confirm the payment, is this normal... they all went through straighforward the last time????

I hope you get your answer soon, when I had the free ones in 2010 confimination came straight away by email. How much are Estas these days?

Hopefully they will show next time you try, can take a while to process. No emails are sent.

They are still $14pp.

Quite a few people have had pending when they were doing their Estas - sometimes on just one of the party, sometimes more - they have said they went through in a few hours

You have to do them 1 by 1, no groups for ESTA.

all back ok...

you can do them as a GROUP booking, just brings them all up together instead of having to search for them individually, but have to put details in for each person one at a time just the same.
