Esta for child & student

I'm about to apply for my family's Estas for this year's Florida trip. My son is age 11 & my daughter 18 y o student. For the employment information section do l select no for them? This seems the simplest option, however I notice in the employer name note it says you can enter student or child to describe your employment status. Would l then have to enter my son's school address & daughter's university as the address section is mandatory? If l just select no for employment for them both will it be ok?
Also, for both my son & daughter l assume l select option for me submitting application as a third party?

Re the employment details - Entered my daughter as a student & none for my son. Our esta all came back approved
