Est taxi cost

What would be a good est on taxi cost from pop to beach club.

Also would 5 fit with stroller. We have a kid pirate cruise booked and I'm worried about using the busses that early to go from hotel to junction point to other hotel by 9 am.

Probably about $8-$10 plus tip, it's less than 3 miles from the POP lobby, so it shouldn't take more than 10 minute at most. Tell bell services you'll need a van, and they will hail one for you. By far the fastest way to get there.
