Visit www.espnzone.com and sign up for their free MVP program. Be sure to read all the details. When visiting the DLR go and collect your free game card and free lunch cooler! Make sure you sign up only 30 days prior to your visit so your acknowledgment email is still valid! The only bummer to this is that it used to include a 20.00 cash card you could use anywhere in the ESPN Zone...food, gift shop....but that part is no longer available. Enjoy!

We did this for a trip earlier this year. The game card provided us a way to have a nice break from the parks. Plus, if you keep that card, you get 25% when you add more money to it. The cooler has actually beome my lunch box, I take my lunch to work everyday in it.

I signed up for it yesterday. I thought maybe there was gonna be some kind of catch. I figured with the 10 thing on our city pass and the MVP club we could have a nice night at ESPN zone. My hubby will love the little cooler.

Maybe a nice half an hour or so. The points will NOT last very long.

We will be there to watch a fight on ESPN and have some beers. It's gonna be awell rounded evening at the ESPN zone. After we go to BAB and get me a teddy bear for my bday/sweetest day gift.

Don't forget that EACH person over 18 can sign up. We went this past June (while they still had the $20.00 coupon!!) and both DH and I got it. We had a great dinner and the kids played games for a long time!

Just went to sign up and discovered that the MVP also includes a 'trial' offer the ESPN: The Magazine. For those of you who have signed up for this...did you start receiving the magazine? Did you have to cancel the trial in order to not be a paying subscriber after the trial?

I don't like free trial subscriptions because I often forget to cancel and then, wow, I'm paying for a magazine I don't want. The benefits look good, but just want to know all the details.

I did this last May and have not received any magazine....occassionally I get an email, but nothing else so far.

After you sign up to join the ESPNZone MVP program you will get a Welcome Email that contains a website where you go to signup to receive the magazine. If you don't do that, you won't get the magazine free trial thing.

Yes you have the OPTION to get a trail magazine, it is not automatic.

We did this in July. Ended up with 3 - $20 certs and 3 - cards. They ran out of coolers and we never got back to see if they got them back in.

They did not allow us to put our hopper points on the bonus card. Which is fine my DD only played one game and wanted to leave.

The $20 was great...we got a super deal on lunch that day! I splurged and bought us all desserts since everything was so inexpensive with the $20 credit!

Our parkhoppers had ESPN Zone points on them...and they let us use them, too. I don't see why they would refuse you those points if they're part of the ticket price. Oh, well, for us it was wonderful.

My boys were 4 and 9 at the time, and they used up a good chunk of the points on games. I kept the tickets so if we get to a Zone in Chicago or Denver we can finish up the points.

It was a great break from the parks, too!
