ESPN weekend

I know last year ESPN had a weekend for their 25th Ann. Does anyone know if they are planning something for this year?

For once, my trip coincides with some event that is going on. I see that MGM is hosting it, but what will be going on. What did they do last year? Do you have to buy a ticket? Just curious. This trip is just dh and I and I think that this could be something we want to check out.

Any help would be great...

We were there for it last year. I do not even like Sports and I enjoyed it!
I recall:
A ESPN Sports announcers discussion panel in one of the buildings (next to Sounds Dangerous). They showed film clips of ESPN through the years. And four (?) ESPN announcers had a Q&A session.
In the Sounds Dangerous building was a reality show that is shown on ESPN. Basically taking a few volunteers to see who is the best on the spot sports announcer.
FIREWORKS over the hat while big screen TVs show great sports moments to the sound of thousands cheering and screaming. (Very well done.)
