ESPN - Thumbs Up or Down?

Big thumbs up!! We hit this on almost every trip. We love the nachos, steaks, hotdogs. The booths around the table have I think playstation for rent for the kids. I love arcades and we also hit that for awhile. We got stuck in there one day during a rain storm and had a blast. Try it you'll love it.

My DH and I go in the fall to watch a Bills game. (We should stop, they tend to lose every time we do that! ). But since it is crowded during football we have shared tables with people we didn't know when we sat down. One guy ordered the french fries that are covered with chili, cheese, jalapenos, etc. (I forgot the name but it might be Touchdown Fries, or something like that). It sounded so gross but he kept insisting it was his favorite. That dish is not something I would normally eat...sounds like a heart attack waiting to happen! Well ... it is a wonderful thing!!! We now order it every time.

Yes, we normally try to eat healthy foods ... but those fries are good. We always have great service and the beer is always COLD!

It is not a fine dining establishment...but lots of fun!

...it's one of the few reasonably priced places on the Boardwalk.

10 more days and I can have my favorite--nachos and beer at ESPN! They have a tuna sandwich that is fabulous--it's made with fresh (broiled?) tuna. Hmmm...maybe I'll have that instead...

Sports on TV, cold beer, and fried foods.

I (and vellamint) want some more info on the arcade.

Do they have video games too?

I'll have to say "thumbs up" for ESPN. We ate there for the first time a few years ago and we loved it! On our last trip we wandered in twice during our stay! For us, staying at the BWV, it's convienent and the food/service was very good. And the prices are pretty reasonable too which is a big plus! Our kids loved the arcade attached to the restaurant. The games are your standard arcade games, but it's a fun place in general. I don't think we ever had a wait over 5 minutes. I believe they do NOT take PS.
