ESPN the Weekend... who's going?

I searched for a thread on this, but most of the threads mentioning this were about whether it should be avoided.

So... is anyone going to ESPN the Weekend? I had a trip planned for the whole weekend, but I'm probably not going to use it. I would, however, still like to go on one day. It may be a solo trip at this point.

So... will I see anyone there?

We'll be there for ESPN the Weekend!!! Dh wants to at least hit MGM to see what crowds are like...if it is too much for the kids we'll do something else!!! (I am just hoping the crowds the following week are not too bad!!!!)

Have you ever been to ESPN Weekend before? I think last year it was in June??

We will be there (Feb 25th to March 3rd.)

But don't plan to be a part of that.

What should be avoid? We are staying at BCV, and even considered eating at the ESPN zone because I hear it is fun for kids and good food. Maybe not this trip.

Should we avoid MGM those days? We normally on do a half a day at MGM anyway since there isn't that much for the pre-school crowd there.

I didn't get to go last year, but desperately wanted to. So you know, it's just for the weekend so it'is over on Sunday. Maybe if you guys want to avoid it, you should wait til monday for mgm or espn club. However, espn club is the best on the weekends.

I went last year when it was held later in the year. I think they have plans of having 2 of them this year. I dont think it will increase the crowds at all. But if you loose your men, MGM would be the first place I would check.

I will be down there Sunday. Unfortunatly due to work I wont be there Friday or Saturday.

I am sure we will spend a day there.
We attended one day last year. I do not like sports at all, and I had FUN! I look forward to ESPN weekend again.
It was very interesting to see the live shows, discussion panels, etc. None of the names mean a thing to me. But it was still interesting!

DTD Pin Traders STILL has ESPN the weekend pins! I bet they make a lower edition this time.

We are going to stop in on Sunday. DH is going to try Millionaire and see if he can get in the hotseat. He has a much better chance answering sports questions than Disney ones! Of course I will not know a thing!

We will be at MGM on Saturday. Don't really care if its ESPN the weekend or not, unless it makes the park ultra crowded. With the Superbowl having just been here, we had ESPN The Week......lol.

We will be there for the whole weekend. My dad is a sports trivia nut - - so look out Millionaire.

I'll be there Feb 25-March 6, and this really doesn't change my planning since it is just The weekend.

This is the DH I wish I was there I have been listening online and on XM all day but I will getting to WDW in a little ove 30 days on 4/1-4/6 for a Pharmacy convention in Orlando.
