I'm taking my eldest dd to WDW for her first time in Jan. Of course, we arrive on Jan 12!! Evidently that will be a play off weekend, so she just 'has' to see the game. And, of course, we check into BWV on Monday morning...we'll be at POP Sat and Sun!!! So.....how tough is it going to be to get in there for the game?? She really wants to eat there and watch the game..so I'll do my darndest. But, I'm not going to sit here hoping and praying the Patriots don't make it into the playoffs!!!! Anyone with any experience here???

I once tried to get in on a regular Sunday during football season and it was a madhouse. If it is a must do, I would suggest arriving very early and plan on having a wait.

Another option would be to go to one of the resort lounges. The Tambu Lounge has a nice big tv. You could get drinks and appetizer while watching.

Thanks Katie. You know, someone mentioned the lounge area at WL on Sunday. I can't remember who it was though. I figure that as long as Chrys gets to see the game, she'll be happy. I know she would love the ESPN Club but it may just not be doable. A lounge would be a good substitute.

In January of 1999 my parents and I wanted to try the ESPN Club because I wanted to and by accident we had went on the night which was to be the College Football NCAA Championship game. When we arrived the line up to get in was way out the door, so instead we ended up going to TGI Friday's in Lake Buena Vista at the Crossroads Plaza.

Yep, that line is what concerns me. I may go there, just to check it out. Then, if it's way too crowded, we'll just head to a lounge at one of the resorts, and sit there and watch. Or just head back to our room. Should be an interesting experiment.
