Visited last Friday evening and the bar tenders at the ESPN club were anything but Disney like! They kept you waiting and waiting and only one was handling the money. No personality and not the most professional.
During our entire stay most everyone was very welcoming and hospitable. The ESPN club needs to check their staff.
