First off, CONGRATS!
How many points and at what price (if you don't mind). I currently have a VWL contract that was submitted to Disney for RORF two weeks ago and I'm curious .

Are the closing costs listed on TTS listings, the full accounting of the closing costs for a purchase (or are there other fees as well)? How long did it take you from beginning to end? Congratulations!

Thanks! We paid $59/point for 202 points with an additional 98 available now. From start to finish it took about six weeks with the longest time frame being waiting for ROFR. We paid the remainder of this year's fees and negotiated the closing costs. Timeshare Store reveals all closing costs when you make the offer if I remember correctly.
