My 9 yr DD loves the escargots from Triton's...we were there at our last dinner on a previous cruise...is there any way to get that appetizer brought to AP/PC or is that really asking too much...she would be happy for that for each dinner if able

I haven't asked for an item from another rest. myself, but I have read many times that the servers will go get it if you like. They want to give you "excellant" service!!!

I say "ask" too (and don't forget to show your appreciation at tip time :) ).

Ask! DS loved the Sweet Onion Soup. Antonio, from Mexico City, made sure ds had his soup EVERY night during the cruise.

On our last cruise, we didn't even have to ask. Our server, Alex found that we enjoyed the escargot at dinner one night that he surprised us by serving it again two nights later (even though it wasn't on the menu)!!! That's the Disney difference.

It is especially easy when you are in Parrot Cay because Tritons/Lumieres and Parrot Cay share a kitchen. We usually stick to the menu but one of our tablemates on a past cruise told us that they always have the Creme Brulee in Parrot Cay because it is their favorite and they don't have to put the servers out on a wild goose chase to get it.

I love the escargot too. Oh man I will have to do this. I know on our last cruise DD loved the banana bread so our asst server had it at our table every single night.

I agree with asking your head server...that is part of their job making you happy. :earsboy: Ours did us a huge favor and yes we apprecriated it with a very large tip. It doen't hurt to ask.
