Escape Wedding Question

We're looking into an escape wedding since it will only be the 2 of us, then having the reception when we get home after the honeymoon and such.. anywho, I noticed if you get the Wedding Pavilion you get an annual pass.

1. Could you use this right after the wedding for the honeymoon?
2. Since it is an annual thing, it does only last the one year, correct?

I heard someone mention a disney wedding and a lifetime pass, but that didn't seem right to me, so I'm just trying to figure out my options here haha.
Like I've mentioned before, I know we're not getting married til October '09, but after a year of being engaged, to finally have a date set is just exciting haha. It's so much fun looking through everything and trying to find the perfect thing, god knows I've got plenty of time for that, but I'm sure it'll be here before I know it.

Meelee514, I had a custom (wishes) vow renewal and received the AP vouchers late in the game -- I was already an AP holder when they arrived. Because of this, I didn't turn them into actual passes until the year after my event. However, I could have turned them into annual passes when I received them.

When an AP voucher is turned into an actual pass, that pass is good for one year.

We are having an escape VR ( same as a wedding) We got our Ap passes when we recevied our signed contracts back. Our VR is in July 08.

We also had an Escape/Intimate wedding and received the vouchers for our passes right after we signed the contract. You can turn them in whenever. We arrived at WDW four days before our wedding and turned in the vouchers that evening. The passes are good for 1 year from the date you turn in vouchers. Also, it doesn't matter which location you're using. Our wedding was at SBP.

You will get the annual passes reqardless of where your location is. We got married in January at Sunset Point and received them. I asked my coordinator to send them out to me so that we could use them for that trip, and she did. They are good for one year from the date of first use.

Very good to know. I really wanted Sunset Point, but then figured if we got annual passes at the Wedding pavilion, it might help save money. But since Sunset Point is cheaper than the WP and you get the annual passes, I get to save a bit more money now. haha
