Thanks It's just when I say I got an internship with Disney people think it's like fancy top executive work. I don't know why they think that, the life of an intern is anything but glamorous Then I say i'm going to be a hostess and they're like "oh...ok..." like who cares. But pfff I don't neee them. They're just jealous! And you guys think i'm cool

they are jealous... when it is very cold here and you call and tell them that it is too hot to sit on the patio.. they'll be jealous.. besides all internships are working at various levels to get an overview of the company.. if it was in CA at the corp level.. you would never understand what it takes to get the parks to run.. great job!!! never be ashamed to be a hostess.. it is all part of the learning process..

Thanks! I'm going to be living on my own for the first time. Paying for everything myself! It's going to be tough but it will be good for me. I better get used to living on cans of tuna It will be worth it in the end. I'm having a "life crisis" right now because i'm going to school but I feel like i'm suffocating here. So I though why not, i'll apply to the CP. Well now I can take the year off, work, and figure out what I want to do with my life! I swear i'm going to run away to Europe or something

I was thinking maybe I could work at the one in Tokyo. I've been to Tokyo DisneySea and it's the most gorgeous park ever! Plus, I speak pretty good Japanese so that would help

I would be so proud of my girls for doing this (even it was for Universal Studios (I don't even know if they have anything)) In all seriousness, I think it's great that you are taking control of your life, and trying new things. I would miss my girls if they did this, but I would be very very proud of them.

I'm trying to convince my sister who's a zoology major to do a professional internship for Disney in their science department at Epcot. And i'm trying to get my mom to get a job with the Disney company in their revenue department! I'm trying to make us a Disney family and move us all down to Florida. I don't think it will happen anytime soon but i'll just keep layin on the charm

Thanks I have a really good feeling that this is going to be a really good experience for me. Some people just don't love Disney as much as us and don't understand why I would want to work for them. I don't get it You guys are so supportive I can't believe that my first real job will be working for Disney!

We're going to "risk it" with the other table mates and hope to be pleasantly surprised.
