Escape Cake - Ice Cream

Hello Everyone!

For an Escape cake, do you think I could get at least one level as an ice cream cake? I'm not really a fan of cake and if I do eat cake it is usually mixed or made with fresh fruit. This mousse nonsense I'm confused about...all I can think of is pudding. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My husband and had an escape wedding at the Boardwalk last year. The cool thing about the escape wedding is that everything is included in the flat price and for the most part its all planned. I do believe you can do upgrades, but most we looked at were pretty pricey. The cake options they give are pretty basic so unless it is an extra added on I dont know if they do it.
Also, another thing to consider is the temperature outside and your location of the ceremony. Ours, along with most other options were outside, which doesnt leave much time for ice cream cake in 80-90 degree weather. The cake was out for our ceremony and staid out, and when the ceremony was over it was delivered to our room. So I dont know if I would recommend the ice cream layer.
Not going to lie, the cake was beautiful anddecently good, but very... basic. Just look at all the other great things about Disney Escape Weddings and drink an extra glass of champagne instead of the second piece of cake!

If it helps, the mousse is not like pudding. It's also not whipped and airy like chocolate mousse sometimes is at restaurants. It's sorta thick and creamy, like frosting but less sweet.

Also, you could have regular buttercream frosting between the layers if you were really scared of the mousse.
