Errors in dining menus

Just wanted you all to know that there are two errors in the AllEars menu and the Dis menu for Via Napoli and the dinner at San Angel Inn. I had been sad to read that my favorites had been taken off the menu. But when I arrived, I discovered that the Chili Relleno at SAI and the Pasta dish Fruiti de Mare at VN are still on the menu. Yay! So delicious!

I don't think the menus on all the website(including WDW) are ever completely up to date.On our last 2 trips I just used them as a tool to see if we would like the restaurant in question.

Sadly, there's so way for every menu to be completely current. Some signature restaurants change their menus daily or weekly, and even the other restaurants undergo menu changes occasionally. That said, it's good to hear that you were pleasantly surprised once you arrived at the restaurant. I just found out that my favorite dessert is gone from Jiko, but every online menu (including the current one on the official site) says it's still there.

The problem is that I don't have the full menus. Would that matter?

The DIS folks (at least) will make an effort to get the latest menus.

I know the menus at allears.net usually have an "updated" or "as of" date on them and sometimes its months ago.

Indeed. I would use the various sources for menus as guides only of the type of food often offered, and never count on any specific dishes to be on (or off) the menu.
