Error when trying to buy express tickets online with international card

Hello!

I´m trying to buy express passes on the Universal Orlando website but when I try to complete the transaction I get an error message (I´m overseas and have an international card).
My brother also tried with his card, he´s in Canada, and had the same issue.
Has anyone had this experience?
Is it not possible to purchase things with non American credit cards on their website?
Thanks in advace to anyone that can help! We are going on Christmas day and I´m worried cause it´ll be too crowded without the passes!
