Error says not enough points despite having plenty?

I received my welcome emails yesterday. I’m a brand new member. Today I had my points loaded via live chat!

My dashboard shows I have 225 points available, as expected. But when I go to book, on the booking screen, it says “0 vacation points.” If I click “view details” it shows 225.

I’m trying to book a Feb trip, but can’t because it says not enough pints even with banking and borrowing. Do I just have to be patient? Or should I try live chat again?

I experienced the same but the next day all points were truly loaded and available.

I wasn’t expecting them to actually load my points when I chatted today, since I just created my acct yesterday and I read it can take 6-8 weeks.

I’ll be patient… until tomorrow 🤣
