he went through shades of green -- the shades of green online ticket form -- filled it out, filled out his military info emailed that back to him. they called him on the phone, verified he. is military (retired). he paid for them, they then sent the e-ticket to him via email.

I would think they are activated but not sure how to verify. if they aren't he will have to meet my brother and his family
