Error in birthday on GAD

I messed up and put the wrong year of birth for one of my kids. Is this going to prevent me from redeeming the voucher? I cannot seem to edit it at this point. We are all set to do a toy drive, so I'd hate to not get a voucher for him because I was dumb when I did the form. Does anyone know?

Only their name is on the voucher, so I don't think that is going to be an issue.

Call the Give a Day program at 407-827-5990. I was on hold for 20 minutes regarding my issue but it was resolved. I have 2 daughters Caitlin and Kathleen, for some reason it showed as only one completing the volunteer activity. I was told that since the names are so much alike the system might have mistaken them for the same person. Though the girls are 8 yrs apart.

Is he under 6 years old? If not, you'll probably be ok....if he is, they'll assume yo fudged it on purpose....

If you registered 7 or less volunteers, since you haven't been verified yet, maybe you could add your child with corrected birthdate in as an additional volunteer. Then go to Hands-on Site and click on Change / Cancle the Opportunity that I have signed up for. Then click on the opportunity. Then select (check) the child with the corrected birthdate and deselect (uncheck) the child with the wrong birthdate. The child with the incorrect birthday will just never "sign-up" for an opportunity. I'm not sure if it will matter or not, but at least you'll have the peace of mind that the data connected to the voucher bar code is correct. DISclaimer: I'm not sure if this will work...just an idea...may be safer to call Disney.
