Error code when trying to pull up your reservation

I keep getting the error code E02020217100 every time I try to to pull up my ADRs online that I booked over the phone. I am not having trouble pulling up the ones I made online. I called Tech Support yesterday and basically was told by the CM that it is just the system. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. She couldn't tell me much more than that, so I guess even they are stumped.

If I try to pull up ADR's I called in and ADR's online at the same time I get the code. If I do them by themselves, no error code.

I keep getting the same error code for the one that I made over the phone, too.:confused3

Has anyone received this code when trying to retrieve your reservation when on the ADR page? E02020305001

I am not due to make my reservations yet but wanted to see how it was all set up. When I click retrieve reservation I enter my info, but this is what comes up. Is that because I am not due to make my ADRs?

I am trying to make sure everything goes smoothly that morning. I did book through the DVC if that matters.

Thanks for the help!

Are you able to print out your reservations that you made over the phone? I would love to do that before going- what is the link for that?
TIA!

**Emailing ADR's from WDW website**

Here is my problem, I know how to find my online ADR's from the WDW website. I have tried to email them to myself at home & at work. The email is received at my work email address, but does anyone know why the email will not come thru to my home email address? I have added wdw.guest.mail@disneyonline.com to my contacts list in my email, so why won't it come thru? Anyone know what I need to do?

I have also emailed WDW & re-updated my profile on the Walt Disney World website & my email address is correct, but I can not get these to come thru to my home email address. I have since copied/pasted to a blank word document, so problems solved in that area. But, come to think of it, I NEVER get resort confirmations, special offers, or anything like that at my home email address. I only get resort confirmation invoices directly in the mail & I know that many fellow Dis Buddies get these via email. So, can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Disney will email you a confirmation of each reservation. It will list the restaurant, the time, the number of people, the day, and the confirmation number. I'm just printing that and bringing it--I'm still having trouble with the error code--for some reason it finally worked the night I needed to make the res but not again!!

Try contacting your email provider. I have Comcast, and sometimes they block certain addresses as "spam" and it takes a while to fix it. And it may be blocked at a higher level before it even gets to your account.

I called my internet provider & we added them to the list of bypass spam list, so I will see if this works. Thanks for the reply!!!!! :santa::santa::santa:

This may sound like a silly workaround, but I'd suggest signing for gmail or yahoo mail and just using that account for any purchases, orders, bookings, etc. That's what I do. It keeps those from getting mixed up with personal email. Also, I can say with 100% certainty that the disney emails will reach a gmail account!

I just called my internet provider again, they are going to try one more thing, if that does not work, I will try the yahoo email acct-- GREAT idea !!!! You are awesome !!:santa::santa::santa:
