I keep getting the error code E02020217100 every time I try to to pull up my ADRs online that I booked over the phone. I am not having trouble pulling up the ones I made online. I called Tech Support yesterday and basically was told by the CM that it is just the system. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. She couldn't tell me much more than that, so I guess even they are stumped.![]()
If I try to pull up ADR's I called in and ADR's online at the same time I get the code. If I do them by themselves, no error code.
I keep getting the same error code for the one that I made over the phone, too.
