Slowhand is donating his guitars as part of a June 24 auction to benefit the Crossroads Centre Antigua in the West Indies. Oh to be wealthy enough to bid.

He did this back in 1999 as well. I believe it was Christies Auction House that handled the sale then. I was at a meeting held there, unrelated to the sale, but got a private tour before the meeting started. Included was the guitar he recorded Layla with. It was pretty incredible.

One of the best, what a career of great music. I have albums of him as Yardbid, Bluesbreaker, Cream, original 33's. Great music. Nice thing he is doing here.

Eric put on a huge guitar festival in Dallas a couple of weeks ago as a benefit for the Crossroads rehab center. Anyone who enjoys EC and the music of George Harrison should check out the DVD "Concert for George". The music is great, the video is great, and EC is all over it
