I started falling asleep at the beginning of the show so I taped it but accidently taped Primetime live instead so could someone update me on what happened. What was in Abby's letter?

The show revolved around Abby last night. Ramono pitched a fit with Carrie over the fact that the insurance company will not pay for a good artificial limb. He fired several nurses that walked off the job due to cuts in their hours. It was a better show than some last year.
