"Episode Unavailable"

Is anyone having any issues playing certain podcasts?
When I try and open the most recent Disneyland one and the Universal show one about Hogwarts Express I get a box pop up that says:

Episode Unavailable
This episode is unavailable unavailable from.......(with the date here of the episode)

How are you trying to watch?

I am trying to listen to it on my iphone. Most of the episodes are fine with no problem. But a few I get that message with and they will not play.
