Epi pens

Question , first time flying with medical things , all my liquid medication I have all ready in a zip lock bag , my question is the epi pens and asthma meds and Benadryl are in the orginial boxes.. Do I take them out of the boxes when I go through security??

I travel with 6 epipens minimum, a bottle of benadryl and a bottle of liquid prednisone. Does not matter if they are in the box or not. Put them all in1 large ziplock bag. Nothing else with them. They do not count towards your liquids. I usually put them in it's own bucket, maybe with my shoes. My other baggy of liquids goes with my purse if I bring one or items pulled out of my carryon like my laptop.

If they got on your liquids bag with your other liquids, you can put them there if you choose.

If you choose to put them in a separate ziplock bag of medical supplies, you should still pull them out of your carryon and declare them as medical liquids. If you don't, they will see them on the X-ray machine and will pull them out for further screening. So, it's faster just to put them out there to start with.
