Epcots International gateway to Mexico. Which way is quicker?

Is it quicker to walk past UK and Canada to get to the Mexico pavilion or go past France and walk that way?

I'd say it's probably a little quicker heading towards Canada.

Yes. People often think it's shorter through the countries but in reality (as seen by looking at the maps above) that going via Canada is shorter.

Agreed to go toward UK/Canada. Not only is it shorter but each country you walk through tends to collect people and the more countries you pass through, the more you will get slowed down.

i've experienced this when coming through main entrance to go to the America Gardens Theater to see a show. Going left toward Mexico seems intuitively better but going right towards Canada is the same distance and quicker.
