EPCOT's Food and Wine Festival

My husband and I will be out for the Food and Wine Festival and have heard some things about special events, like the "Eat To The Beat" concert series. However, I can't find anything on Disney's site. I heard tickets don't go on sale until next month, but I'd like to get as much information as I can now about the festivities so I can plan. Ideas?
