Hi,
Cannot decide on which restaurant besides Rose & Crown & Le Cellier to eat at in Epcot which would you recommend.

Thanks.

Epcot has the best restaurants!!! My favorite counter service is Tangerene Cafe and my favorite table service is Le Cellier (which books up fast, btw).
Chef De France, Biergarten, Coral Reef are all great table service too!

Enjoy!

We love San Angels in Mexico. The atmosphere inside is very cool. If you're in to Sushi, you should try the place in Japan. It's wonderful. We've also enjoyed Chef De France and Alfredo's (which has closed and we haven't tried the new place yet).

I'd add Bistro de Paris (upstairs in France) to the list of places to consider. It's probably the most up-scale restaurant in Epcot.

Food was great there. Only problem was I could not see what I was eating.

Well it depends on who is with you. If it is just adults, I would go with Bistro de Paris. Since they have no children's menu and the food is the most expensive in WS, it probably isn't worht taking younger kids there. If it is a family event, I would go with the Biergarten or the new Japanese restaurant.

Thank you all. I think we will try San Angel Inn.

Now off to start another thread about another question.

Bistro de Paris vote here and I always eat at Teppanyaki, if it is open when you are there it is quite good...we love Rose and Crown too...

LeCellier is good and worth going to. Considering you are from ny (city maybe?) i would assume you have been to at least one of the steakhouses we have here (im from nyc) and it is hard to find somewhere outside of nyc dining wise that is on point. LeCellier food was just as good as some of the well known steakhouses in manhattan. It will be a great dinner and its a guarantee that everyone in your party will have a great meal and find something off the menu to eat. (Also we found service there to be super rushed, pleasant but rushed...i would suggest if you are looking forward to a nice dinnner order your appetizer and then dont order your dinner until your appetizers arrive)

Rose and Crown: Ok i have a hard time with this place the food IMO was not that great! I'm not a picky eater and when my fiance and I went I ordered pizza from the children's menu because nothing appealed to me on their dinner menu. That being said my fiance ordered the cheese platter which he loved!!!! and our waitress (Jennifer I actually rememberd her name :goodvibes ) even accomodated him and brought he the shephard pie that wasnt on the dinner menu.

Our service there was excellent everyone was super friendly.

I guess rose and crown's biggest selling point is your viewing spot for Illuminatioins!!! Even though we ate in the main dining room and not on the patio our waitress (as did all the other waitress' for the other tables) brought us outside and gave us a great spot for viewing illuminations. It was an awesome spot to watch the show and that alone (for me anyway) made up for the fact that I had to eat off the children's menu. p.s. my fiance loved his sheperds pie 2.

That being said it depends on what you want. If you want to go to dinner not having to worry about rushing for a spot for Illuminations (and getting a great spot to view it at that) I would go for Rose and Crown.

If you are going to dinner strictly based on food! and are not worried about illuminations then i would suggest LeCellier.

hope that helps!!!!

:goodvibes

Ok now that i re-read your question!!!!! We love San Angel Inn and try Teppan Edo!!! depends on when you are going it may be open!!!
