My children will be 3 and 7 when we go to Disney. I realized that we will have an extra day at Disney after seeing MK, AK, MGM and a water park.
Would children as young as 3 enjoy Epcot?

Mine do/did-between the fish, the dancing fountains, making masks (next time I am going to do the passports too), looking at the trains in Germany, watching Illuminations pretty much nightly (I could go on but I won't).

My kids ages were-15 mo for one visit & the next visit they were 4+ & 22 mo.

The next trip they will be 7, almost 5 & 2 1/2 & we visit Epcot & MK the most.

Hi - my DD, now 7, has enjoyed Epcot since her first trip at age 3 1/2. There are lots of fun things to do and see in Futureworld (FW) and lots of interesting sights, sounds and tastes in the World Showcase (WS).

In FW, she's always enjoyed The Living Seas, which will very soon have a new Finding Nemo ride (Turtle Talk with Crush is fun and kids love it - get there early); Innoventions, the jumping fountains, tasting the different soda flavor samples at Club Cool, Spaceship Earth ride.

In the WS, she's always loved looking at all the beautiful flowers, shopping (and snacking) in the different "countries" (lots of cool toys from each country to examine), playing the drums at the African Outpost, coloring the masks and collecting the paper "charms" from each country's Kidcot station (your 7-year-old may enjoy buying a passport that has pages for each country's special stickers. There's also space on each page for a message from that country's CM in their native language - so sool!). We wrap the day up with a delicious dinner and the Illuminations fireworks show (awesome!).

Have a great trip!

My granddaughter had just turned five (like the day before) when she went to Disney World for the first time. Epcot was her favorite park. We had to drag her out of there. She did the passport the first time and on her second trip (at the age of 6-1/2), she did pressed pennies of the counties. My daughter in law was surprised at the reaction. She thought we'd be spending most of our time at Magic Kingdom. My granddaughter didn't care for it at all and we never went near Magic Kingdom on the second trip. You just don't know what is going to light off a spark.
