I have split EPCOT into 2 days to allow us more time to enjoy the World Showcase- which we always just skip through. I was looking at the special shows for each country--the LIVE acts like the acrobats in China, the Waiters in France etc... On my scheduled EPCOT evening (Sept 4) there are a couple with a "schedule" of times on the Disney entertainment schedule (no China acrobats, no show in Morrocco, no drums in Japan) but on Sept 3rd they all have scheduled times. Does this mean that these performances will not be happening on the 4th (this is what I am thinking) and are the performances worth switching my PERFECT plan days around AGAIN? Another option is to try to squeeze it all in in one day like we usually do... UGH!!!

What day of the week is the 4th on? The Jeweled Dragon Acrobats perform on Sun-Mon, Wed, Fri-Sat. Matsuriza (Japan) performs Sun-Wed and Sat. MoRockin performs numerous shows daily.

Well my PERFECT Plan puts me there Thursday... Should have looked at the shows prior to laying the ground work I guess. :confused3:confused3 NOW the question is...

A) CHANGE the plan again and do WS day 1st on WED --the kids will be more anxious to ride than sight see.

B) Try to fit WS in on our original leisurely scheduled FW day which was planned to end by 530PM to go back to the pools for an evening swim (also trying to incorporate more free time and relaxing this trip)

C) Go as planned and miss the shows that dont run on Thursdays? It would be nice to see the side shows--do you DIS experts think they are worth switching around to see??

I found the schedules on Walt Disney Worlds site as well- under EPCOT entertainment and Touringplans.com (if you have a subscription) has a place you can check your days and there is a park specific entertainment schedule button

I would keep your original plans. It seems you will just be missing 2 shows. If you wanted you could pop over to China and Japan on your other Epcot day and catch those 2 shows if you really don't want to miss them.

You can see it here: http://wdwent.com/

Quick question - I use this site too for my entertainment schedule but I only see the schedule for the next week - not for weeks or months ahead (aside from the speciality stuff (Candlelight, concerts, etc). Where is it that you are looking that shows what the individual entertainers schedules will be in the weeks or months ahead?

Thanks,
Liz

They only publish them a week ahead, but there is very little change from week to week, particularly with the World Showcase entertainers.

Ahh ok I would semi agree. I do use it as a guide but I have found some big changes week to week (at least with the times I have been dealing with. Glad to know I was not missing some whole section.

I can't yet be of assistance but thank you for bringing this up. We too will be in Epcot for 2 days for the first time because I am tired of never hitting any of the WS shows and missing so much there. I had no idea that they didn't perform daily. Now I have to look at my schedule (not changing my days though!) If I find anything I will post it.

Ok. I'm going on a Sunday and a Saturday so looks like all the shows are on these dates. Thank you for giving the site for the schedule. That way I can break the shows up over 2 days.

What is your other day at Epcot? Sorry if I missed it.

We are doing FW 9/3 and WS 9/4. I decided not to change days--rearranged entire WS day to enter through International Gateway and tour starting in France at 2pm--will hit all available shows and ADR atTeppan Edo. Finish the evening with a quick FP+ through Test Track and back over to Canada and UK for Illuminations--exit back through International Gateway!! TA-DAH!! We will miss the Chinese acrobats which would have been cool to see, but thats it! MAN O MAN I have become a crazed planner :scared: I am frightening myself!!!
Thanks everyone for the advice
