we are splitting these parks one day with AK in the am. We have a 9 avr at TH. Are the AK FP+ more valuable than EPCOT? Is it better strategy or hope that the morning at AK will easier to get on rides b4 parks get crowded and use FP at EPCOT although not much there other than sorin we want to do. Thanks for input!

Are you willing to stand in line for Soarin'? If you know you have one big 60+ minute wait ahead of you later in the afternoon and you're OK with that, then I'd go with AK FP+, as long as you are planning on doing at least Kilimanjaro Safaris and Expedition Everest. Because your ADR is at 9 I assume that you're not really going to be getting into either of those lines first thing and they can really build up. However, if you're not doing Expedition Everest, then the time savings at Soarin' would almost definitely be worth it. When are you going?

Our travel dates are Dec 10-15 and I'm looking at the 13 or 14 for my AK EPCOT day... The 13th is a MBMCP night and that means the other parks will fill up. This is my worst planned trip by far! And yes I'm willing to wait the 60 min for 1 ride a park.

AK is the easiest park to do without FP, if you don't mind doing a little extra walking. We hit KS, EE, and then KRR right away without too much wait. However, with a 9 am ADR, it might be more difficult for you. Since the tiers at Epcot pretty much ensure that you only get one worthwhile FP, you'll probably save more time using your FP at AK. Do you want to see illuminations? If not, try to ride Soarin as close to park closing as you can.
