Epcot TS Restaurant Recommendations

Hey everyone

Currently bouncing around ideas for which restaurants to book while on our Honeymoon in October.

We have it narrowed down to three.

Chefs de France, Rose and Crown, and Teppan Edo. We are wanting to try somewhere yummy and new! Which of these would be best in your opinion? We are also open to other options except Biergarten, Le Cellier, and Coral Reef because we have already been to these three. We would also really like to try Via Napoli, but looks like there aren't any ADR's left. We currently have R&C booked, just wanted to make my final decision soon since we are so close!

Between Rose & Crown and Teppan Edo, I would choose Teppan Edo. We ate at Rose & Crown and it was okay. Perhaps we caught them on an off day. Teppan Edo was good, but not as good as our local Japanese Steakhouse. We did enjoy it though and it was good.
We have not eaten at Chefs de France.

I checked off RnC but another option for a bit more romantic setting is San Angel Inn.

We had originally opted for San Angel inside Mexico, but had heard from several Dis-friends that the food was not up to par when they tried it. maybe an off day for them. We will keep that on our short list! Thanks!

Of those three, I would go with Teppan Edo -- IMHO the food is higher quality than the other two.

I'd go with "other", though, and book Via Napoli if an ADR does open up, or Monsieur Paul if you like French food at all.

ETA: We also ate as Spice Road Table for the first time this last trip and REALLY enjoyed everything we ordered there -- tapas style.

This October, like next month? You might have a hard time getting any of them. But, seriously, take advantage of the F&W booths.

Hacienda San Angel along the water might be better than San Angel Inn inside the temple.

My vote was for Chefs, but I wouldn't give up on a Via Napoli Reservation. Keep Trying. I think someone said La Hacienda, it's a nice choice.

Wow thanks everyone! I think that we will end up staying with R&C (the fiancé has given me strong indication he wants to stick with it), but CdF has definitely moved up on our "To Try" list!!!!

We are going to try to keep checking! Luckily we are going on a Tuesday, so openings are still there. They are just during illuminations or right before so we are not booking THOSE times.
