Well, it happened when they got the idea to transform the Wonders of Life pavilion, which had been the de-facto Festival Center. With the park transformation, they haven't had the space for if. They were going to build a new Festival Center, and that has now become Communicore Hall, but that is likely where Festival activities will be centered. Hopefully they will bring back more of the special programs, etc.
