Are there any topiaries at Epcot during the summer or are they only out during the spring?

They are there only during the Flower and Garden Festival.

Epcot has some Topiaries year-round,but NOTHING like during Flower&Garden when there are over 100!:)

Do they just toss all the beautiful flowers once the festival ends, does anyone know? It would be a crying shame.

Years ago when the Disney Institute existed, I took a gardening course there that taught how to grow topiaries. I don't remember all the details but the gardening center there was lovely, and they had several topiaries as models. Would love to have one of those!! If you are really into it, definitely get there for the F & G show some year. If I could only go once a year, it would be my choice.

I'm curious what they do too. When we were there the week after New Years, one day the Magic Kingdom was filled, every single space with poinsettias. Next day they were GONE and replaced with flowers. What on earth did they do with 10,000 poinsettias?

We took Backstage magic tour in January- right as they were taking down Christmas decorations. We visited the nursery for about 30 mins. They told us how the topiaries are made and showed us some they were making for the garden festival. They told us that because they use moss as a base, they only last a few months. The leftover poinsettia trees were there too. Broken down into sections.
