Epcot to HS park hop, worth it?

We have one day left. Just finished AK and MK the last 2 days. We couldn't get a HS reservation, ...last minute trip.
Kids 7,9,11. They are a bit scared of roller coasters but loved Avatar and the 7 dwarfs mine train.

We have a reservation for Epcot tomorrow, and plan to drive and rope drop.
I'm contemplating upgrading to a PH pass so we can go see Star Wars Galaxy Edge.

I've never been to epcot, but I thought if we could knock out Soarin, Frozen and Test Track we might be able to head over to HS to check out Star Wars after 2pm.
Thoughts or recommendations?

It's a personal choice but your family (assuming 2 parents) would be an additional $400 to go to DHS.

If you will be back at WDW again, personally I would wait. You will not be eligible to ride RotR as your park reservation is for Epcot so you will be paying that much to walk around and ride 1 Star Wars attraction.

It's your call but there's a lot you can do with $400 for a few hours of entertainment.
