Epcot to Disney Springs?

We are here at WDW now and I need a quick bit of help please. If I park at Epcot can I get from there to Disney Springs. Thinking that tomorrow morning we will drive to Epcot and park then go to Disney Springs for a couple of hours then back to Epcot. Is this doable?

You would have to go to a resort and catch a Disney Springs bus. I guess one of the Epcot resorts. Since they mostly share buses this is probably not going to be a quick ride. You could go out and catch a bus out front, Saratoga Springs, then walk to Disney Springs from there.

If it were me, I would go back to my car and drive there and back, probably 10 minutes each way plus walking to your car and parking. If you are offsite and paying to park, keep your receipt and you won't have to pay again on return.

Thanks Hopperfan, my concern is that I'm from Australia and I'm not very sure of driving here.my husband does the driving when we are here on holidays but tomorrow he is playing golf and I don't want to waste the day. We are staying offsite. Is there a way to get from Disney Springs to Epcot?

Same but reverse. There is no direct way to keep folks from parking at DS to avoid parking fees.

Take bus from Epcot to POR or POFQ and boat to DS.

Yes, a taxi would be a quick way to get there. You can take a taxi both ways.

BTW, I once tried the "park to resort to Disney Springs" method, and got frustrated about how long it took me. I must have just missed the bus on each leg of my journey. Wish I'd just taken a cab! Sure it costs a little, but it would have saved me more than an hour each way!

You will find taxi stands at DS and all parks. Would save you a lot of time and worth the cost to me.

You can do the bus/walk/boat routes ... and the boat is nice ... but you could be talking 1 to 1.5 hours each way. Unless your day is highly leisure and you are just killing time, that could eat up a big chunk of time.

I agree with simply going to Port Orleans Riverside or French Quarter and taking the boat to Disney Springs. Pretty Straight forward. Could also take the bus to Saratoga Springs and simply walk (or take the boat across).

Get on a Saratoga Springs bus and walk over to Disney Springs,or exit Epcot via the International Gateway and walk over to the Beach club or the Boardwalk and take a Disney Spring bus.To go back just do the opposite,I just wouldn't leave the car at Epcot if you're planning to be at DS past Epcot's closing.

A couple years ago, as we were leaving EPCOT, we asked a gate CM the best way to DS, and she suggested using the Saratoga Springs bus, and then walk from there. There are several bus stops at Saratoga Springs, and I believe we exited the bus at Congress Park.

Yes, in October '15, we took the Saratoga Springs bus, exited at Congress Park stop and walked over to DS. I assume you could do the same to go to EPCOT?

From Epcot get on the Saratoga Springs bus. Get off the bus at Congress Park.
Walk left across the parking lot and follow sidewalk around the left of the last building on the left out to the sidewalk along the water view of Disney Springs. Follow the sidewalk left for a short distance to the walking bridge over the water to Disney Springs. Get back to Epcot before it closes on a bus from Congress Park

Thanks everyone. I gave up on the idea as we were very limited on time and it felt like we would be better off just going straight into EPCOT, which is what we did.

If you want to end at epcot, I would go park at Yacht or Beach club. Take a bus to Disney Springs. Then Bus back to yacht and beach, walk to epcot. End the night by going back to your car at yacht and beach.

Please don't take the bus to Saratoga Springs. The DVC owners pays for those buses, not Disney. SSR buses have become swollen with crowds going to DS who are not staying at SSR. Take a bus to a non-DVC resort or taxi it.

You can't just park at YC/BC so you can go to Epcot.
