Epcot to DHS walkway

I really enjoyed the ease of the walkway between Epcot and DHS. Is the walkway being impacted by the current work on the parking lot at DHS? Last time I walked by some construction walls but had no issues.

The walkway is still available. There is a bit of a detour around the DHS construction area but it is still walkable.

In the interest of setting appropriate expectations, some might find it quite a bit of a detour. Still walkable but as of two weeks ago it took you well away from the old path before bringing you back around to the entrance plaza.

Normally, you'd be walking right along the water. During the construction, you'll need to head "inland" from the lagoon. You can see the path between the dark-colored fences. At worst, I'd say it's a minor annoyance.

How long has this been in place? I remember being funneled up by the buses last December. Either way, agreed that it doesn't look bad. Just a slight annoyance.

Glad I could help. Not sure exactly when it started, but I was at Disney's Hollywood Studios two weeks ago and what you see is what it was.

Yes, it is well lit and yes it is safe. And yes, a lot of people walk it. It's not crowded but I've never been on it where it was just me.

It looks like it adds about 1000', or 1/5 mi., to the walk.
