Epcot tiering FP+ strategy

Just a theory to see whether I can ride 2 tier A, e.g. soaring and test track on the same day.
First make FP+ of Soaring first and 2 other tier B rides. After riding Soaring and the soaring window passed, make new/replacement FP+ selection, will be presented with one choice from tier A and another one from tier B again? If yes I could end up with riding 2 tier A on the same day, of course up to FP+ availability.

Any experience or thoughts?

A better strategy might be Rope Drop standby for one of your Tier A rides. This loop hole might not be available for long. You can't count on the system being up when you need to make the change. The apps worked half the time for me in mid February.
