Epcot Tier 1 LLMP question

Trying to figure out if I should book Remy or Soarin' as my Tier 1? We only have one Epcot day and really want to ride both (with minimal waiting). We are not morning people so early entry is out of the question. Which one should I book ahead? This is for President's week.

Remy. Soarin is available most all day long so it’s easy to get after you use your first LL. Remy is very difficult to snag day-of and might be impossible over a holiday weekend.

Definitely Remy! It can be difficult even a few days out, especially on a busy holiday weekend.

Remy! When we get LLMP for Hollywood Studios and then hop to EPCOT and I’ve never not gotten a Soarin’ LL and usually early afternoon.
